An artist that I really respect and admire (and who most of you have heard of, but I'm not a name-dropper) said something really nice to me; recognized me out of the tons of fans he must have.
That... felt really good. In fact, I went and fangirled on Roho for a while.
I will remember this moment, in case the shoe is ever on the other foot. Perhaps I can make someone else's day.
ANYWAY.
I likely will not be online much over the next week or so. I have a lot of art to catch up on (Birthday gifts galore, July was the month for birthdays. Sheesh!), and I need to get some stuff together for MFF and FC art shows. That, and I have a lot of thinking to do. This past week has been a bit of up and down emotionally for me, and I need to take some downtime to let things process and digest.
And... I really need some QFT. (Quality Fennec Time)
So I'm not dead, no worries. If you need me, you more than likely know how to reach me. If you don't, then please don't try unless it's extremely urgent.
