Question for the people that read my livejournal-

Would you pay $20-25 for a small (6"x6") painting commission? Is this a reasonable price?

I'm looking for things I can do quickly that are small and cheap, so I can have a good turnaround.

Depends on the type of commission. Will it be inked/colored/etc.? Is it just a pencil sketch? I'm sorry to sound like a nitpicker, but 'commission' on it's own is vague.

It would be a painting of a character (likely torso/bust shot, like a badge, but larger) with a minimalist background.

Medium would be the choice of the commissioner. Gouache, acrylic, marker or pencil.
